These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of christopherfit.shop and purchases of shirts and knits, pants and shorts, jackets and outerwear, blazers and suit pieces from Christopher Fit, operated by Christopher J Gerard LLC, 5204 Woodstead Rd, Waterford, WI 53185-3226. By placing an order you agree to these Terms, the Shipping Policy, the Return & Refund Policy, and the Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and able to form a contract in the United States. The catalog is for adult men. We do not sell to children.
The catalog
We sell new, in-stock garments. Photos show the piece you are buying. Color can shift on different screens. Size options on the product page are the sizes we have; see the Size Guide for chest, waist, and inseam. A product description on this site is not a license to copy our photos or text, and it is not a claim that we own a third-party factory mark.
Orders, price, and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change until you pay. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel if an item was listed in error, if payment does not clear, if we cannot verify the order, or if the ship-to address is outside the United States.
Checkout currently offers direct bank transfer. The order is not fulfilled until payment is confirmed. Title and risk of loss pass when the carrier scans the parcel.
Shipping and returns
Shipping is free on U.S. orders as described in the Shipping Policy. Returns follow the Return & Refund Policy, including the 30-day RMA window.
Use of the website
You may not scrape the catalog, overload checkout, probe for vulnerabilities, or use bots to hoop inventory. We may suspend an account that we reasonably believe is used for fraud.
Intellectual property
Christopher Fit names, layout, and original product copy on this site belong to Christopher J Gerard LLC or its licensors. Product photos are used to sell the listed garment.
Disclaimer and limitation
The shop is provided as available. To the extent allowed by law, Christopher J Gerard LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow certain limits; in those states our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item that gave rise to the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where federal law applies. Courts in Wisconsin are the venue for disputes that are not resolved informally, except where a statute requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new date on this page. The version in effect when you placed the order applies to that order.
