Christopher J Gerard LLC (“we,” “us”), operating Christopher Fit at christopherfit.shop, explains here how we collect, use, and share information when you browse or buy shirts and knits, pants and shorts, jackets and outerwear, blazers and suit pieces for adult men in the United States. This policy is for this storefront only.
Information we collect
- Identity and contact: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address.
- Order data: items (for example a waterproof jacket), size, price, payment method type, and RMA notes.
- Payment data: our checkout processor handles payment credentials. We do not store full bank-account or card numbers on this web server.
- Device data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and cookies needed to run cart and checkout.
- Support data: emails and photos you send about chest, waist, and inseam or a damaged hem/zipper.
How we use it

Carriers receive the ship-to name and address. The payment processor receives the amount and the identifiers needed to complete the transfer. Hosting and email vendors process data on our instructions. We share information if the law requires it or to protect Christopher J Gerard LLC against fraud.

Retention

Children (COPPA)
Christopher Fit sells adult men’s apparel. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted data, write [email protected] and we will delete it.
Email (CAN-SPAM)
