How to start (RMA)
Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. Include the order number, product name, reason, and photos if the item arrived damaged. We reply with an RMA number and the return address in Waterford, WI.
Do not mail a parcel without an RMA. Unmarked returns can sit unclaimed and delay the refund.
What we accept
Eligible: unworn shirts with original tags, pants with no hem alteration, and jackets without stains or broken zippers. Try a waterproof jacket indoors on a clean surface. Leave hang tags and any size stickers on until you are sure. Include the packing slip if you still have it.
What we do not accept
- Garments that were washed, tumbled, hemmed, or worn outdoors
- Missing tags, cut labels, or items that smell of smoke, perfume, or pets
- Deodorant marks, makeup, or stains on collars and hems
- Pieces marked final sale on the product page
- Returns started after the 30-day window (unless the item is defective)
Exchanges
We do not run a same-label size swap in one shipment. Return the first piece under this policy, then place a new order for the size you want if it is still listed in stock.
Who pays return postage
You pay return postage unless we sent the wrong item, the wrong size that we listed, or a defective a waterproof jacket. In those cases we email a prepaid label or refund reasonable return postage after we receive the parcel.
Refunds
We inspect returns in the order they arrive. If the piece meets the rules above, we refund the merchandise to the original payment method, usually 5–10 business days after we scan it in. Bank-transfer refunds follow the same window once we initiate them.
Because outbound shipping is already free, there is no shipping refund on a change-of-mind return.
Defective on arrival
Photograph the defect (open seam, broken zipper, hole, stain) plus the packing slip within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the piece if the same style is in stock, or refund it, including return postage.
